Register Your Way

Run to Quit has two ways to participate: Participants can Do it Yourself OR get extra support by participating in a Run to Quit Training Program. When successfully quitting smoking and walking or running in a 5 km event, participants will be entered into a contest for some prizes!

Thank you for registering for the Winter Session. Winners will be chosen April 3, 2017. Register for the Spring Session by May 5, 2017.
