Run to Quit can help you quit smoking by learning to walk or run 5 km. Walking and running can help you overcome withdrawals and cravings while cutting down or quitting smoking. It gets better, when you quit smoking and get active, you’ll have a chance to win $1000!

You can do it, we can help! Zero experience is required to join and we will “walk” you through how to be successful. No matter what stage you are starting from, we are here to support you.
