Welcome to Walk or Run to Quit

Walk or Run to Quit helps tobacco users quit smoking by learning to walk or run 5 km. Our past participants are proof the program works! Walking and running can help you overcome withdrawals and cravings while cutting down or quitting smoking.

TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

Train On-Your-Own program

This program provides participants with quit smoking information in a series of 5 emails sent over 10 weeks. Participants are encouraged to start a walking /running routine of their own.

10-Week Training Program

Walk or Run to Quit Training Programs provide participants with support from the Running Room, other participants and quit smoking experts.

Virtual Training Program $49.99 + tax
In Store Training Program $69.99 + tax

(In Store Participants will receive a 50% Off Coupon upon registration so they can invite a Quit Buddy)
