We changed our name! We are now Walk or Run to Quit and we know we can help you quit smoking by learning to walk or run 5 km. Our past participants are proof the program works! Walking and running can help you overcome withdrawals and cravings while cutting down or quitting smoking. You can do it, we can help! Zero experience is required to join and we will “walk” you through how to be successful. No matter what stage you are starting from, we are here to support you.

Do it yourself Program
10-Week Training Program
The Walk or Run to Quit Training Program will provide you with support from the Running Room, other Run to Quit participants and quit smoking experts. You can join a Training Program at your local Running Room or you can choose the online option.
